• Individual leadership, dedication, and service
• Selfless and unassuming work behind the scenes
• Demonstration of willingness to take on any job needed by the organization
• Participation in activities that help the community

Nominate an Individual for a Civic Award

It is beneficial to the Awards Committee to have as much information/details about the candidate’s activities and accomplishments in making our selections. Submit nominations by email if possible. If you do not have email, please send a nomination that is type written to my address below. Confirmation of receipt of nomination will be made to the person submitting it.

The deadline for nominations is October 31.
